When you log into your workplace, you can have your Outlook information appear with your SharePoint information. This enables you to manage your productivity without the need to maintain information in two separate locations and have two separate applications open.

With My Workplace for Outlook, you can view your Inbox, Calendar, Tasks, and other Outlook information directly from within SharePoint. You can also download tasks, events, and contacts directly into Outlook for reminder notification and offline use. A screenshot of MWO running on SharePoint is shown below.

My Workplace for Outlook includes the CorasWorks Client™. The Client is a program that runs in the Windows System Tray (where your computer displays the time). Using the CorasWorks Client, you can navigate to SharePoint sites and download SharePoint contacts, events, and tasks to your corresponding Outlook folders right from their desktop.
